Hawaii has some of the most talented musicians if the country... you can see them at local restaurants and clubs, or maybe surfing or windsurfing around the islands. Here are a few of the most requested CD's from our musicians in Maui. We are hoping to expand this section soon to include others, so come back to see what's new! Evan Shulman's CD "Live" - Listen For the first time anywhere, Evan Shulman's CD "Live" is available exclusively by Hawaiian Island Weddings. Evan has been playing lounge acts in the Kaanapali area for many years. His vocal range is unbelievable! Evan can really "belt them out" with his acoustic 12 string guitar at weddings, but put an electric guitar in his hands and he is unstoppable. Evan plays all the classics on this his second CD, songs like "My Way" and " Smoke Gets In Your Eyes" will surely bring back memories for older folks (like me). This is one of my favorite CD's and is great for when you want to get in the mood. Jamie Lawrence's CD "There is Love" - Listen Jamie Lawrence, a native Hawaiian singer guitarist with the voice of an angel, is one of the best known and respected Hawaiian musicians on Maui. Most nights he can be heard at 6:30 PM at the Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort in Wailea, South Maui. Picture yourself there amongst gorgeous ferns and tropical flowers. He begins with "Ua Noho Au a Kupa," a traditional Hawaiian love song. Guests begin to gather and chat. Some come straight from the beach, others are dressed for resort dinner it makes no difference, you'll fit right in. Angie Delight Carr's CD "Manifest" - Listen Angie Delight Carr has a Masters Degree in Music from Western Michigan University. Angie Carr has played professionally for over 11 years and has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Grand Hotel in Michigan, to name a few. Angie plays keyboards and saxophone, and has a beautiful voice. Her CD "Manifest" is one in a series of her original songs.
