Entertain your most special guests with this beachside dinner prepared exclusively for you on location. Everything for a fine dining experience is included- table, chairs, crystal, fresh island food, accomplished chef and plenty of aloha. All dinners include salad, appetizers, entree, and dessert. How to book a dinner without a wedding

To book a Maui dinner without a wedding, go to our
"Book my Wedding" form
DO include all required fields, DO NOT select a wedding package, rather scroll down to "Dinner at the Beach - Maui or Kauai only" and select that checkbox. Indicate number of guests including yourselves, and 4 courses (you may only select a 4 course dinner in Maui - see graphic). You can also enter in your menu selections and beverage choice in the "Special Requests" box at the bottom. Then press the "Book my Wedding" button. The information will be sent to us as well as to you. DO NOT select a payment option from the following page, your request is being processed. We will email you with the total cost for your dinner.

Tropical Romantic Dinner - Kauai

Imagine arriving at a beautiful, secluded Kauai beachside location at sunset, tiki torches flickering in the warm tropical breeze and your personal table set for two. Your gourmet meal is prepared and served using all the freshest local ingredients. Locally caught fish is our specialty but we also have a variety of sumptuous menu items including, beef, chicken and vegetarian. The meal comes complete with beverage. We specialize in dinners for couples but can also accommodate small parties up to 12 people.

Salads

  • Kilauea Green - Kilauea farms baby greens and topped with the farmers market best!
  • Dressings - Fennel, papaya cream - Mango citrus vinaigrette
  • Classic Caesar salad

Appetizers

  • Pamplona´s - Italian and South America fusion - A breast of chicken or delicate cut of beef, rolled with spinach, provolone cheese, olives, sundried tomato, with the touch of balsamic sage reduction
  • Alaska oysters - Breaded oysters, seasoned, cooked on in an iron pan to perfection with a deep Greek cream yogurt herbs sauce
  • Indian way - Chapattis (Indian home bread) with mango chutney or mint chutney
  • Summer rolls - Rice rolls filled with avocado, fresh garden greens, jicama, carrots, roasted tomatoes with peanut tamarind sauce or macadamia passion fruit sauce
  • Kauai Blackened Ahi - Seared Ahi tuna with tropical salsa (mango, pineapple, mint and ginger lime)

Entrees

  • Princeville Tenderloin medallions - Staffed with rosemary pesto, seared to perfection, Marcela sauce
  • Muqueca - Brazilian dish, Delicious seafood stew with local fresh fish, shrimps, coconut milk, and few chef spices
  • Tandori Chicken - Classic tandori chicken from India is marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, and plenty of spices
